Sociologist say that we think around 60,000 thoughts per day. That averages to be about 42 thoughts per minute. Sociologist also say that 70% of all of our thoughts are negative. So that averages to be around 42,000 negative thoughts per day or 29 negative thoughts per minute.
So what can we do about all these negative thoughts? Thoughts affect our feelings which in return affects our actions. Do we have to meditate on all these negative thoughts? I have an idea. What if we plant our own thoughts? What if we think about what we want to think about? Could that make a difference in our life?
