The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Satan is trying to steal from you what Jesus has already given you
Robber – a person who attempts to take anything by force
Thief - a person who steals secretly, by trickery or deceit
Steal – to take without permission
Jesus uses the word "thief" to let you know that the devil is very cunning in the way he steals from you.

Wiles – scams, schemes, strategies, tactics, tricks, cons
“According to the Federal Trade Commission, people in the US reported losing more than $10 billion to scams in 2023. That's over a billion dollars more than the year before.”
To give you some perspective, according to the most recent valuations from Forbes, the Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable NFL franchise at $9 billion.
Raise your hand if you’re under 60—the most targeted group for scams.
Younger generations fall prey to this kind of thing at higher rates than their elders.
Over 60 fall prey to larger amounts of money.
Everyone who falls victim to a scam often believes, "It won't happen to me."
What typically happens is you were:
Too eager, too trusting, feel too invincible
What should you learn?
Use wisdom when engaging in financial transactions with individuals you have yet to meet face-to-face. (Wise as serpents)
What emotions do you experience after falling victim to a scam?
Embarrassed, angry, disappointed, hesitant, uncertain, unsure, shame
Isaiah 61:7 NLT
Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
Double - twice the quantity or amount, two times as much
Zechariah 9:12
…Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.
Whatever’s been stolen, scammed, or cheated, God will RESTORE DOUBLE to you!

The Lord is bringing restoration in the areas of your life where you have experienced loss.
God can turn things around and restore you!
When God restores, it is always better in quality and quantity!
For there to be restoration, there must have been a theft
Stop looking at everything you’ve lost and start looking at everything you have left and start thanking God for it
We are in the days of restoration
God's restoration involves receiving double for what was lost or taken
How To Receive The Double
Job 42:10
And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
We hold the devil accountable and choose to forgive those who stole from us.
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean excusing offenses.
Forgiveness is a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.
Like Job, you will come out better, improved, increased, and multiplied.
